My inspiration first came from my mother when I was a little girl. She taught me how to read and write using the tops of Smartie tubes ( back then they had letters of the alphabet embossed on them). Almost everything in our home was ours to use for play, from the pots and pans in the kitchen to the books in the bookcase. This is where my love of writing really began. This is where my imagination developed from the physical world of play to the written word on paper.

These days my inspiration comes from my husband, our children, and grandchildren. My family is my treasure chest of ideas filled with characters and plots waiting to be discovered.
